Syria: Britons told to get out now?

William Hague has now ordered all Britons to get out of Syria while they still can amid continued reports that security forces are opening fire on anyone and everyone. He told Britons in the country to get on commercial flights while they are still operating amid the “deteriorating security situation". This comes as reports come in that doctors are being detained and told to leave the injured to die or they will open fire in hospitals. These protests are spreading around the middle East, Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Syria, Bahrain but at the cost of human life. NATO obviously does not have the resources to fight in all these countries and with the possibility that Iran might be next Israel could take it's shot, see it's chance to get the current President out of power, leading to a potential conflict between Israel and Iran which could be cataclysmic. Is it the job of the west to “police the world" when innocent people are being murdered, to secure the stability of the entire region? Is the middle destablizing before our eyes?
