Free music online?

i am looking for a website that will allow me to download nearly any album from any artist for free. i have used torrents, limewire, frostwire, ares, bearshare, imesh, hotline, and morpheus which did not have everything i was looking for. i am looking for archived mp3s online that i can download without having to download any programs. thanks
