Graduating with a cgpa of 2.36 in Mechanical Engineering, and not repeating Ds?

I have graduated from mechatronics stream, and received D in fluid mechanics, electric circuits, numerical methods, statistic and probability, environmental science, and advance mechatronics. I did not repeated these courses as I have already repeated a couple courses earlier. now what I am stuck, I have graduated and not receiving any calls from any employers. Is this an important factor, that requires immediate correction please help.
