U.S. rejects outside probe of Canadian man's rendition to Syria?

Have you ever seen the movie "Rendition". Rent it. Watch it. And you will understand why we did not "probe". The short answer is because we do the exact same thing. That is the point of rendition; to send people to countries with no laws against torture so that we can have their citizens torture them for "vital information" and us not technically be responsible. Its how we keep the blood off of our hands and the UN off our backs. Perfectly legal...technically speaking. But highly immoral.
