Why isn't Jimma Carter monitoring the referendum by the runt dictator in Venezuela?

"Where's Jimmy?" An excellent question. Given what a socialist Carter is, I'm sure he's thrilled that strong-man Chavez is making himself President for Life of Venezuela. I also note that members of Chavez's family have gotten material benefits that... don't exactly befit a capitalism-shunning philosophy.
