Should I trade my Mac and monitor for two Dell OptiPlex GX260 PCs?

This guy wants to trade 2 Dell OptiPlex GX260 PCs for my Mac G4 (AGP 500 1.5 GB RAM 70 GB Hard Drive DVD drive ZIP 100 drive). My Mac comes with a monitor. His Dells are both loaded with Windows XP Pro SP3 and Office 2003 Professional. They both have USB Keyboards and Mouses. Is this a good deal?
