Where should i start my soccer in Canada?

Hi i am moving to British Colombia at the age of 15 and i was wondering what clubs should i be joining because i would like to make the British Colombia Selects and then hopefully the Whitecaps Academy? I am serious about my soccer and would like a bit of advice please thanks.
