Please help games keep freezing cause of graphics card?

I ask a question before and didnt get the answer, so im redoing this question. I play steam games all the time with no problem no lagg perfectly fine. Starting yesterday my games began to freeze whenever i play them. I updated my video driver and my java and it did not solve this problem. Please someone help~!
