Did my anti-depressants make my that way?

I was once at 17 really depressed and took Celexa or Lexi-pro for it. Then I got hyper for a while. The whole time I was on the anti-depressants I realized that it took longer for me to climax and my had become longer and more erect than ever. Then after I got out of that juvenile hospital (that 7day or 10 day whatever they call it) I was on the pills for the minimum amount of time they recommended I should stay on it (maybe 4 months.) Then I just stopped taking it like the doctor recommended. Then all of a sudden my didn't become as erect or as long as it used to and it started turning pinkish at the tip of the underside. I thought it was an STD but the doctors at the clinic say it isn't. Could have this been a result of my medication or the improper use of it?? Please help.
