Are the three ground prongs that are found in the US also found in Thailand?

Your going to find many hotels do not have the three prongs.ground. They do sell a plug that takes your three prings and has two prong. I have a few of them and you can again get them at any electric shop here for 20 to 30 baht less then $1.
