How can I stop Outlook from syncing with my gmail accounts?

I ONLY use outlook (2000) to sync with my PDA. Yet somehow I noticed this week when I opened it up. it started syncing - every email address I've sent something to. And that's from my six different gmail accounts! The only reason I opened outlook is that I have a new phone and the memory card from the old phone doesn't fit - so I was going to manually put in the 50 or so contacts that were in my old phone. First off, I don't know how this started, but I want to know how to undo this. I don't want to sync my phone and end up with some 6,000 useless email addresses on it. I went to Tools ---> Email Accounts and didn't see any of my gmail accounts there. I have no clue how to undo this. Please help!
